The comKids Interactive Festival is a space for promotion, awarding and training that has, in its conceptual root, looks and positions that value the expression of diversity in all its dimensions, whether in language, or in its cultural and artistic proposal. comKids understands that Digital Content is an important prerequisite for a quality production in tune with contemporaneity. Thus, the interactive competition also seeks creations that highlight multiple visions of the world and the sensitive, in a dialogue with the dynamics of the networked society and cyberculture.
On August 16 and 17, 2018, the Goethe-Institut São Paulo, was occupied by comKids with debates, competition and awards for interactive content. In this edition, there was no competition of exclusively audiovisual content.
There were five categories in competition, see the details of participation in the competition rules .

The comKids Interactive Festival 2018 was a realization of Midiativa – Brazilian Media Center for Children and Adolescents, the Goethe-Institut São Paulo and the Ministry of Culture, with partnerships with Singular, Mídia & Conteúdo, Unibes Cultural, Melies College and EBAC. The event is co-sponsored by Spcine, São Paulo’s Culture Secretariat, in a project included in the Audiovisual Secretariat’s call for exhibitions and audiovisual festivals.
In 2020, for the second time, comKids dedicated an entire edition of its traditionally audiovisual festival to digital and interactive production dedicated to children and adolescents and youth.
The comKids Interactive 2020 Festival had spaces for training, diffusion and fruition. Our competition also sought creations with multiple worldviews, in a dialogue with the dynamics of the network society and thinking about possible desirable futures.
